This website describes the firm’s services and provides legal and policy materials for research and general reference.
Information and advice
Website content is not an assessment of any reader’s circumstances. Contacting the firm does not itself establish a lawyer–client relationship or confirm that a particular engagement has been accepted. Advice and the scope of any services must be discussed directly with the firm.
A historical collection
The legal library preserves entries from the firm’s earlier Constitution, Law and Public Policy Resources website. Dates labelled “archive date” and “catalogue last modified” are dates from that collection. They do not establish enactment, commencement, amendment or current legal validity.
Materials may be historical, amended, superseded or incomplete. Verify the relevant edition and current status against the official issuing authority before relying on a text. A Nepali or English language label identifies the language of the catalogue entry and does not certify an official translation.
Damaged and recovered documents
Some original files were lost or damaged. The catalogue identifies unavailable documents, and any recovered fragments are clearly marked as incomplete. A fragment must not be used as a substitute for the full legal text.
Sources and attribution
A catalogue contributor is the person who entered material into the collection; that person is not necessarily the author, publisher or issuing authority of the underlying document. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders. Inclusion in the library does not imply that the firm authored or endorsed it.
Corrections
To report an incorrect entry, a document problem or a rights concern, contact the firm and include the resource title or record number.
