Our work on justice sector reform concerns the capacity of institutions to deliver services and the relationships between those institutions.
We focus on improving access to justice, particularly for people who are poor or vulnerable, and on a justice system that respects rights, recognises responsibilities and responds to public needs. Institutional capacity and public trust are closely connected in this work.
